Cancellation Policy

Europe with Heidi will work diligently to help you have the best experience in Europe as possible. The following policies are in place depending on the type of service.

Consultation

Due to the amount of time involved in preparing with personalized research for travel consultation, the fee will be non-refundable and due before the meeting. However, I understand that the unexpected happens. If you do need to cancel a meeting, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule our meeting.

Consultation fees can be transferred with full credit to a customized trip planning package.

Planning & Leader Services

When you accept a planning package custom quote (with or without leader services), the non-refundable deposit will be due before the initial planning meeting. The balance will be due 30 days before your trip start date.

If you cancel your trip, the fee may be adjusted and partial refund provided based on the amount of work and resources already put into planning your trip under the discretion of Europe with Heidi.
