Travel Consultation services will give customized help to travelers who want to plan their own trip - at any stage in your planning process.
You love to plan and organize but need help getting started?
Running short on time and could use some help researching options?
Have questions or need some tips as you plan your trip?
Want help to eliminate all the research but are comfortable booking on your own ?
Based on your choice,Travel Consultation Services can include, but is not limited to:
destination information
itinerary suggestions
recommendations on flight choices
transportation information (car hire, train, bus or other modes of travel)
local tourist attraction or activities information (many require pre-booking)
referrals for unique experiences (ex. cooking classes, private tours, etc)
European travel tips
restaurant suggestions
and more…
STEP ONE
CONTACT ME to talk about what you are looking for… we will begin with a 15 - 30 minute conversation in FREE travel mini-coaching session.
STEP TWO
Afterwards, if you choose travel consultation with me, we will schedule your travel consultation session. Before your session, you will receive a customized travel interest and information questionnaire by email to complete.
STEP THREE
We will meet for your personalized travel consultation session to discuss your trip options and answer all your questions. A follow-up email will be provided as needed.
Initial Session: 60 - 90 min
Follow-up Sessions (optional): 30 - 60 min

Travel Planning services will be the best choice for those wanting a personalized experience without the hassle of figuring out the details of planning a bespoke European Vacation.
Do you want a personally designed itinerary based on your wish list ?
Up to every detail will be customized for you - leaving you free to spend your vacation time doing what you choose. Your options are not limited by a set tour package. Your itinerary will be created based on your preferences. I will use my knowledge and experience to create an amazing, reduced stress vacation - all based on your personal wishes!

Receive a personalized quote based on your selected preferences of the level of planning services you desire, your needs and the size of your group (see pricing for examples).
Upon acceptance, your personal travel planning will begin. We will have talked about a timeline which will depend on your travel plans.
Well in advance of your departure day, you will receive your personalized itinerary and information you need about all the other agreed upon travel arrangements included in your travel planning package with frequent communication from me along the way.

All Personal Travel Planning packages include consultation services (see previous section) to answer your questions before and during your trip - typically by email but virtual sessions can also be scheduled.

Booking travel leader services is perfect for small group travel * - hire a personal travel leader (me!) to guide you every step of the way!

As this service is 100% customized to your group needs & preferences, after our mini-coaching session, you will receive by email and complete a personalized travel interest and information questionnaire. Then I will give you an outline of the customized services recommended for your trip, including a quote for this service.
